Just don’t do it. They were able to get me in the same day and they were quick about changing the battery which was nice. After it being installed and driving it I noticed my car wasn’t running right. My car was about to turn off while I was driving it (sounds safe... right?!). I looked at the battery and The terminal is damaged and my car is not turning on (love that for me).
If I could give zero stars I would. I called on Monday asking if I could get new tires they said they had my size and that they could take me right away if I I there within the hour. I got there in 30 minutes just for them to tell me the tires they had quoted me were a special order for someone else. They told me they could order the tires and I could come back and have them installed. They made an appointment for me at 5pm on Thursday (3 days later) I called before the appointment to make sure my tires came in; they told me they did and to come on in for my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, walked in the door and the man asked what I needed. I told him I had an appointment at 5pm (the same man on the phone BOTH TIMES I CALLED) He looked at me surprised and asked 5pm?! 😳 I said yes and I called ahead of time. He took my confirmation and started looking through the books and found my name. The auto-care manager (Glenn) came to the counter and asked the guy what was going on. The guy told the manager that I was there for my 5pm appointment to get the tires I ordered installed. The manager then told me it was going to be a 3 hour wait!!!! I asked him what the point of setting an appointment was if it would take 3 hours just to get to my car. He told me they were understaffed and that Corprate is making them take appointments regardless. I will never do my business with Walmart ever again!
People outside were awesome, I wish I could rate them 5 stars and the people inside the automotive section 0. I waited for 30 minutes with groceries in my arms next in line with them banging on their computers out of frustration of not being able to figure them out for whatever reason. They move very very slow and dont seem to care about the customers at all. This isnt the first time Ive had this problem with the same ladies either.
Purchased 4 tires and installation over labor day weekend. The tech broke the button on my trans shifter handle and tried to hide it. Technically the button can be placed back into the hole to appear normal, even though broken, which is what he did. So, the button just falls out as Im driving home. I returned later to show them the broken piece and asked for them to repair it and they said no. They claimed ignorance and tried to blame it on me. The button was fine when I brought it in. its very obvious that the tech was busy, in a hurry, not used to my particular type of shifter, and was clumsy and rough with it and it broke. Hey, accidents happen, I wasnt even angry about it, I went back and was calm with a good attitude and asked them to take responsibility for it. THE MANAGER SCOTT refused to take responsibility for an accident in his shop, which is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Not to mention IMMATURE AND COWARDLY!! Stand up and be a professional and a grown man! Seriously. This is such a small thing to fix. A literal drop in an ocean for a billion dollar company like Walmart! Ive been a regular customer for over 30 years and this is the treatment I receive in return. Its so insulting! Also, very petty, because I would stay a loyal customer for 30 more years if they fixed a minor thing they caused. I WILL NEVER, EVER SPEND ONE MORE PENNY OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT WALMART AGAIN!!! I AM NOW A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF TARGET AND OTHERS FROM HERE ON OUT!!! BYE WALMART, YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!
I will start this with a 3 star rating... After being here for 1 and 1/2 hours, the mechanic comes to me and states that he can not install the tires I am buying. According to him, Walmart will only install the size of the tire that is on the placard that your vehicle has from the factory... In my case, my truck happened to come from the factory with 2 options, and after about 30 minutes of arguing with him and 3 managers later, they decided to install the tires I was purchasing because I was able to prove the size WAS an option for that truck... So with that being said, do your homework before you buy tires at Walmart and make sure the size you are getting is the size on the placard, or you could waste your time just to find out they wont install them... If you want a size that is different from the manufacturer, you may want to take your money to a tire shop instead... Consumer beware...
Love this place they hooked me up with 2 tires for my van!! Excellent customer service!! Have one new employee to the department and they are amazing even while still learning a new department at Walmart which is never easy especially only been in the new position for only one week when I was there 2 days ago. Thank you for being so kind in a stressful time for me.
Came here 3 times over the last several months for just the fuel injection service, did not want to do work, even the final time i came at 7am and was the first person there, the service guy did everything he could do to talk me out of getting the work done. bad attitude , rudeness and body language let me know that they didnt want to do it. even though i was first they took other vehicles in before mine (appointments dont start till 8am) will never come back an absolute CIRCUS. any good reviews on here are fraudsters and trolls
The Worst service ever!!!! I was there for hours. And Then they lost my key to my car. And they were looking for them for an hour. They had to pull the footage on the cameras to try to find them. They finally found them in the trash. No one apologies to me at all for their mistake. I was there for a tire rotation from 7am -12pm.
I ordered 4 tires online and received a notification saying they were available for pick up. I had an appointment for 10am to have them installed. I arrived a little early to fill out any paper work needed. It took 30 minutes just for the front desk lady to even talk to us because there were only two people running the front desk and there was a line of people. The guy working back there was dragging his feet and moving slowly and didn’t have any sense of urgency to move the line through. The lady “while abrupt at times” was moving fast and trying to answer phones and deal with in store customers at the same time. While the guy basically stood there and pretended to be busy filling out some papers. Finally we got seen and the had a hard time finding our tires in the back. we dropped the car off because people were saying it would take over 4 hours to have the tires installed. So we dropped the car off and went home. I get a call 4-5 hours later saying it’s ready. We go to pick it up and wait another 30 minutes just to get the keys and leave. overall they got the job done though the experience was mostly stressful and lackluster at best. Walmart either needs to put more employees at the front desk or they need to provide a more efficient system for the workers to use. And maybe a pay raise would also help motivate them to work faster and be nicer to the customers.
Absolutely awful experience at the auto center. Matt wouldnt even respond to me when I asked a question on update of my vehicle after several hours. I literally had to ask 5x before he acknowledged me. No thank you, no have a nice day, absolutely zero courtesy. People were fighting in line. Never going back there
After calling the Super Center several days in a row trying to get a flat tire fixed just to have people at the store hang up on me or just send me to someone else to get rid of me I finally called the corporate office and was told they were honoring road hazard and they called the store and had someone meet me to fix my tire. After about an hour I hear the lug wrench as theyre putting the tire back on my van, but for some reason it took them a good another 30 minutes, as I am watching the two guys walk around my band in and out of the shop, I swear I think they broke something and were trying to figure out how to fix it. I know Walmart is slow but this is the sorriest experience Ive ever had!
Very disappointed. I needed 1 tire replaced that was already off the vehicle. I went there and there wasnt any customers in the service bays. They told me it would take HOURS to get finished. So I just bought the tire and went elsewhere to have it mounted and balanced. Ill never go back.
Tires only lived to half their warranty and I baby them. Took then in for replacement. Was told multiple times on the day they were checked and they day they were replaced that I would only pay the cost of having them put on and get a REFUND of between 50-60 per tire due to the warranty. I had to purchase the replacements on Walmart. Com since they were not in store so that cost was already taken care of a few days prior. Day I came in, same story was confined with same auto manager. They begin to work on my vehicle and Im allowed to go get what is supposed to be my roughly $200 refund. Im then informed that they have to refund the cost of the new tires which will take 10 days to hit my account and Ill have to pay ANOTHER $650 that day. Not get the refund and pay only $106 for having them put on. Talk about bait and switch! They would be holding my $750 for a few more days plus charging me another $650! Who has that money laying around? I will never shop at Walmart again.
Theyre always extremely busy anything you have done or service on your car takes hours to complete. Seems like theres always the only one person at the counter helping everybody. They changed a tire on my car and didnt put my hubcap back on which needed to be bolted on. So I had to have somebody remove all the bolts and put it back on and replace the nuts. Other than that though Ive always gotten good service. And the prices are reasonable.
This was the worst experience getting two new tires ever. Took 2.5 hrs to install two tires and balancing. The only good things is I got mounting and balancing for free cause it took so long. Mind u. I set an appointment and it was first thing in the morning so there was no line.
This place is insanely terrible. Do not take your vehicle there to get serviced. I took my car there to get 1 tire replaced and was quoted 1 hour wait. No biggie. I shopped around and went back after an hour. They said it would be another hour before my car even got brought back. I waited over 2 1/2 hours THEN to be told it was going to be another 45 minutes before it be done. I spoke with the store manager who was very rude & she told me i was wrong & no one could have quoted me an hour. I will never shop at this Walmart let alone take my vehicle there. Very disappointed with the customer service & management.
I came in with my SUV vehicle for tire service I asked SPECIFICALLY If they carry and could replace my particularly size tire, which I stated came to the car checked the vin# mileage, size, then proceeded to check his inventory. I have spent 1.25 HOURS walking around the store for the service department to now call me back and state they have placed the WRONG SIZE tires on the car and in fact they do not carry my SIZE tire, I wanted to run a quick errand and return in approx 30min and was told that would not be possible because of the previous nights stormy weather, too many appointments are scheduled for today so I needed to have it completed immediately....needless to say....sooooo much frustration, dissatisfaction and disappointment.
I called the Auto Center and a lady answered the phone, i asked a question & she placed the phone down to go look up a battery and left the phone OFF THE HOOK-LITERALLY FOR 10 MINUTES I called back and told a man who answered what happened and he responded as 8f it wasnt a big deal and was hesitant on apologizing. Customer Service was horrible!
Generally good service, but simple requests such as resetting an oil sensor after a change (with reminders pre-service given) have been forgotten multiple times. Also with the better oil change some inclusions such as the fluid top offs have not been performed sporadically. The price is great, people are friendly.
I read a few of the reviews before deciding on coming, thinking a lot must be exaggerated, but trust me they are not. I arrived at 9am, it was already and hour and half wait, but I wasnt told that till I completed all the paperwork and handed over my key. I should have at that point said no thanks and walked away, however because the Mgr (Lissa) was so lovely and a pleasure to talk too, I trusted it would be all good. They finally got mine in at 11am and it took the tech 50mins to do the following.... jack the car up, take off the rear too wheels, remove the tires, put the newly already purchased tires on, balance. Remove the front wheels and put in the back and then put the new tires on the front and lower the 4 way jack. IT WAS PAINFUL! its a 15 min job MAX thank goodness Im not paying by the hour because they would all be millionaires, I left at midday, a total of 3 hours to achieve something that should at the most be an hour worst case. I think whats more aggravating is the ticket they give you says and I quote Walmart - Tire & Lube Express I saw no Express on my visit, so Im assuming they must have been clearly out of stock and I was out of luck. I finally drove away happy, not because of the service I received (except for Lissa) but because I had finally ESCAPED! - Nothing to do and want to waste half your day, do it, go there. Have more important things to do, head to another garage. Never again....
Car was to include a vacuum which it did not. They removed old oil label and threw it on the seat. Was told I did not have to stay with semi synthetic. Quote You can switch between oils anytime as long as you change the filters out. They recommended high mileage being 150,000. Car has smelled like oil every since. Called dealer. They said NEVER DO You go Back! I wonder what kind of a tire rotation I got?
Waited 5 hours to fix 1 tire. I paid road hazard Insurance and it clearly says 1 year or 25 % of thread was covered at 100%. I bought them at the end of September and they claim I had worn them down a lot but couldnt tell me how much or what percentage. When I asked to see the old tire, they said that they already disposed of the tire. I work from home so I cant understand how I wore the tires down so quickly. Also, noticed how the mechanics would gather around and joke a lot while a lot of customers were waiting. I noticed a lot in those 5 hours. Walmart, check your camera and you will see that in telling the truth.
Zero if I could! THEY LIE!Called on my lunch hour. They had my tire in stock. I stated I wanted to pay and schedule an appointment this afternoon to get it mounted. I was told I could not prepay and set up an appointment. To get service today I need to be at the service desk by 5:30, oh and the tires are on first come first serve basis. So I take off work early get to the shop at 5:15.all to be told they couldnt mount my tire. So not only did I waste PTO time I was lied to. Another reason to shop at other places.
Very small supply of as far as accessories they never have anything that matches or they just dont even looks good.
Purchase a set of Continentals about 2 mths ago. According to their web site, they were sold out. They were able to get to get them anyway. 👍I developed a slow leak in one of my rear tires. It was repaired & balanced in no time at all. The price could not have been better. NC sounds good 👍 to me .❗ ✌️ 🌴😎🌴
Bought battery with 5 year warranty, and a year later it was dead. Walmart did a battery check and insisted it was good. I went to 3 different auto parts to check the battery and their testers said no good. Brought their results in and Walmart still did not honor the warranty stating that if their tester said good, they wouldnt replace. One of the mechanics there told me their testers arent accurate and thats how Walmart is getting away with no honoring warranty.
Worst place to go get your tires done. It is always busy and this establishment because the workers work so slow Period. I went and at 7:00 a.m. on December 7th 2018. There was me and one other person. I give the clerk at the desk my keys after explaining I have a warranty and wanted my tire checked, I go walk around the store for about a half hour and come back to see that nothing has been done in a half hour. While noticing that my car was untouched I happen to notice several workers just standing around one with a beard, hands on his hips staring through a tire in the garage even. After a few more minutes I tell the guy to give my keys back and I leave. Go pay more to just have someone change your tire.
Ive just bought 4 new tires and will call them in the morning to set up a time to install them. I hope it all goes well otherwise the local news crew will be out there and I will be one pissed off customer.I going to think positive and go with it. They say you get back what you put out there so, let get this taken care of and have an amazing Friday!!!!!
I called and asked if I needed to make an appointment for 2 new tires and they told me no just come in. I got there and they told is was going to be a 2 hour wait. I sat and waited for 45 minutes. Then the lady next to me told me she had been waiting 3 hours for a tire rotation. I left
It took me three days to get two tires put on my car. I ordered tires through Walmarts website. I was to receive a notification when they arrived. The tires were expected on Tuesday. I received a notification on Monday that my tires had arrived. When I went to the store I discovered that only one tire had arrived. The Walmart associate said that this is a common occurrence. I was told to return the next day when my other Tire would arrive. I returned the next day to have my tires mounted only to be turned away because Walmart corporate was performing server maintenance at 4 in the afternoon! Yes, during peak hours Walmart opted to shut down the whole network for maintenance. I returned the next day, the system was working and the associate took my keys and got me squared away. I was in left waiting in the waiting room for over an hour while my car sat finished in the parking lot with no notification. I finally took me going to the counter discover that my car was finished. Walmart wasted a bunch of my time, dont let them waste yours too.
Six mechanics standing around. Slow service. Took an hour to change one tire. when theres more mechanics than cars. Very inefficient place of business. only one service writer when you have all those mechanics just standing there. its a shame because they have decent prices on tires.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at walmart. Was told I would I have to wait to make my purchase until the customer in front of me went and pulled their battery from their car and walked it back in before the cashier would take next customer. Associates were rude and dismissive. Horrible experience.
My husband and I were having battery trouble on a Sunday afternoon 7/8/18 at 3:30. Initially they told us they could not help us because they had so many people already waiting. But thanks to Greg he squeezed us in and we got a new battery. He could not have been nicer to deal with. What a great human being!! Thank you!! And the customer service woman inside was a life saver too! Her name was Sierra! She was under so much pressure that day. She was the only one working the counter and I personally saw her deal with at least 30 customers. She kept her cool and was extremely professional with every one of them. They were not happy though. She had to turn many of them away because they were not equipped for the amount of business that was walking in the door. If I was her I would have been in tears. But she kept it together and did the best she could. This is becoming a regular thing at this automotive center. They are not properly staffed 90% of the time I come here. Who is in charge of staffing here? Do you even realize how much business you are loosing? I always get great customer service and I appreciate the quality of your work when I come here. That is why I keep coming back. But it never fails to amaze me how much undo pressure that you are putting on your skeleton staff. If the probem is employees quitting I can certainly see why. I would never work there. When the customers get angry that they walk in the door at 2 or 3 and you close at 5 or 6 and they are told they cant get help how are they suppose to react?A lot of these people are having car problems that need immediate help. They are emotional and frustrated. So they take it out on the employees. Someone needs to add some mechanics and customer service poeple. Im sure you will make more money and have more repeat customers if you just added some staff. Its that simple.
Not bad but sheesh they wouldnt change my oil over a bad bearing and an engine knock. The first guy was polite (who refused to change oil) but the cashier guy was texting and then went on break while three groups of people stood in line. Two groups went to garden center to check out. Grr.
Had my car two hours to tell me that they could not perform an oil change because I superglued the key casing and it was a liability. Yet, it was not a liability to move it from one parking area to the onother on the other side of the Tire & lube. A new key is over $400. The guy saw the key when he pulled it out the car and gave me my claim ticket. He could’ve said it then rather than wasting my time. I had been shopping and had over $100 in product, left it mid transaction due to them calling my cell phone to tell me the news rather than paging me. I come out of my way to this location because they’ve always treated me right. Never again. Walmart customer service has gone down the toilet.
Trust these folks with both my Fords... cheap synthetic oil change compared to the competition. Takes a little longer than the average jiffy lube but that tells me they are being more thorough and making less mistakes. If there is a small line or wait you can do some shopping to pass the time... be patient and kind to the staff, they are dealing with some of the worst people in Pinellas County.
Im giving Walmart 1 star because it took me three times to have the same tire looked at and it was never documented what was wrong with my tired, other then, it was flat. So why is the same tire flat again? I spoke with the manager 😡 I knew something was wrong with the tire because I put air in it three days prior to that day.Its very unorganized, they really need to improve this department.
Called to make sure they had my filter for my Fiat 500 pop and no one picked up. I called back a second time and was put on hold for 11 min. I finally hung up and called back. No one picked up so it went to customer service and I told her I was on hold for 11 minutes and she hung up on me. I called the auto center back several more times and they never picked up.Went to this walmart anyway waited 15 min in line just for them to tell me they dont have my filter. Thanks for wasting the eff out of my time.
Worse than other tire shop. Ended up going to the firestone tire shop by 49 th street. I only need one tire to be replaced. Got to Walmart at 3:34pm and they are supposed to close at 6pm. They told me they no longer accept new order. Amazingly. Got to Firestone at 4:00pm , they got it done in 10 min with only $5 more in total. Quality is way better than Walmart. Bye bye Walmart
I went for a simple oil change. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to help me and all I got were occasional glances from the mechanics so I went inside and asked the girl behind the automotive counter if she could help me and she told me (very rudely) to go sit in my vehicle (I was parked in the oil change line) and someone will come out to assist me. Another 20 minutes or so went by and still no one.... I will never ever EVER use wal-mart automotive!!! Obviously no one cares about their jobs.
Wanted a couple atv tires put on rims. Nothing but negativity from the techs. At first they said they would try but couldnt guarantee it would work. Then they looked at one tire and said the tire was bad and it would never bead. I should send it back. So I took them home and did it myself with 2 screwdrivers and a bike pump.
When other tire places, auto parts stores and mechanics have made it sound like working on my hybrid would be impossible this auto care center has been an assuring beacon of helpful tips and sound knowledge. So realistic and budget friendly!
It took 2 hours just for an oil change...hands down the slowest service I had ever experienced. On top of that my change oil soon light was still on, so not only did they take a ridiculous amount of time but they didnt even do it right in that time. I think I will be looking elsewhere from now on.
New battery and oil change on 01/06/17. From the time I pulled up, to the time I drove off, everyone was super friendly, helpful and on their game. Not only did they take good care of me, but it felt like they were watching out for me, from making the right choices, to reminding me to keep my paper work in my glove box.
IF YOU ARE GOING HERE TO GET YOUR TIRES ROTATED...Before bringing your car here, take a pen and go in order around the car and mark each tire in small writing 1,2,3,and 4. Wait 3-4 hours until they are finished. See if they actually rotated your tires...And yes, the wait times everyone is mentioning are not exaggerated.
2 hours quote time turned to 3 hrs an hour later and ended up taking over 4 hours in total. They werent busy when I got there but it seems that they let other cars in before mine. Odd for a place that is 1st come 1st served.Avoid the service center... Buy the tires if you must but have them installed elsewhere.
Never come here and be careful with the guy name Kevin(auto care manager) who is the rudest one I have never met in this place.i bought 4 tires 215/55R17 ASSUR OUT for $100/each and I paid $40 for ROAD HAZARD ($10/each).today I have flat tire and they couldn’t fix it so they have to replace it (road hazard covered) but instead give me the same type of tire they give me 215/55R17 VIVA (cost $76) .i asked him why give me the cheaper tire.he said” because they don’t have another kind $100 one....and they don’t even call me before install it....and also charge me $12 for wheel balance life
Whoever chris is, is awful. Had someone at the counter, a lady walked up and he stopped what he was doing with his CURRENT CUSTOMER to help this lady. Went out in the garage and was gone for 5 minutes when he had a line of 3 people. I had been in line and he helped two people before me. After eveyone left instead of walking over to the counter i was at to ask how he could help me he started doing work on his computer and called up another guest. Not even an acknowledgment. After 20 minutes I left, with no new tire and no help from anyone in the service center. I would rather drive on the donut tire for a night and spend double the price on a tire than give this place my money. Definitely see why the place has 2.2 stars. Dont waste your time, or money.
Had a great experience! Needed a set of all 4 new tires. Deshawn was able to help me out and give me a great deal on 4 tires, installation, and basically a warranty package. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and made my experience very joyful. Was in and out in an hour and costed me a little over 400. Great deal compared to other places. Definitely recommend! Ask for Deshawn.
I called to ask the price of tire as one of mine had popped. I asked, was put on hold for about five minutes (mind you, not actual hold, I could hear everything they said) and then the same person asked if I was there and what I needed five minutes later. The entire thing was absurd.
I went to get one tire fix which had road hazard on it, and it took THREE & HALF hours to change a tire. Then have the nerve to charge me $80.00 Their road hazard is wroth nothing. My time is more important to me. I could of went and got a plug plug put in it for $3.50 , and been done. But they already had the new tire installed. I even asked them to put my old tire back on , They just looked at me like I was Stupid !!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!
I do not understand how people who are not competent make it in this world. The customer service is non existent. I understand that it is walmart and it is expected to a degree for people to act like asshats. This is my 2nd and final time trying to use the service of the auto center. The wait just to talk to someone is far too long, then the nasty attitude was enough to make me walk out twice. Cheaper is NOT always better. The people behind the counter need some customer service lessons.
The prices are great but the guys cant mount directional tires without you the customer telling them over and over which is left and which is right even though I labeled the wheels with notes on masking tape. Counter service can be marginal or like you are doing then a favor just being there.
My husband and I visited Pinellas Park Walmart once for an oil change on our car. Unfortunately they were remodeling the store. It was very hard to navigate throughout the store. The cashier in TLE was friendly. When our car was ready the other TLE cashier, let us sit in the TLE waiting room for 20 mins., without letting my husband and I know our car was ready. We felt very disrespected. We probably wont go back there again.
Totally love this place they do oil change in you could trust them and theyre cheap and they will vacuum your car as well so theres nothing better than your car running well youll need all cars the only issue that I have with Walmart auto center is that the open 7 to 7 so I think if you say open 7 to 7 that you should take your last last person at 7 if you think that you cant take anyone after 3 because you have too many cars to do to 7 then you should change your hours and change it from 7 to 3 so customers know that you cannot come after 3 Ive been there where I came in at 2 and they werent taking any more cars I know that you have to wait for the best but at least find a way that you can inform me before I go in to check
It was an act of Congress getting someone to answer the phone, The lady was rude, Ghetto & hung up on me before I was finished talking. Im not suprised though I Call this The price you pay, for the price you pay Cheap & friendly service not in my experience with walmart.
Was a complete waste of time. Had I wanted. I arranged to have it put on. Was told it would be an hour and a half to 2 hour Wait. I left after three hours of waiting. And I was not even the next vehicle in line. Very disappointed. I dont think I will ever return to Walmart auto care. I am so frustrated. I wasted 3 hours of my morning. I cant even give them one star. In order to post I have to at least give one star. But believe me. Its not even a 1-star place.
They were overcharged me to begin with then they told me they got the oil for the oil change from the shelves inside the store which to me makes no sense at all after that it took almost an hour to finally get this thing straightened out wont go back to that Walmart for an oil change again
The old guy that works there told me to buy a dipstick in a auto part store because mine was broken well I listened & bought it. I brought my car back after waiting 2 freaking hours I was told my car cant get an oil change because of the aftermarket dipstick. What a waste of time & obviously the employees dont know anything.. I am highly upset & will NEVER go back.
To small to get to service desk one female working desk was eight men waiting to pay ,paper work not at desk from mechanics was hot was sat .man help wouldve been better or some one up on this small room type of answers for quick response, other than that only took good mechanics one hour took care of us twenty minutes for paying bill, should not be under staff on Sat at super Walmart, took us about eight minutes McDonalds.
The management at this particular Walmart need to educate their Associates on how to use Walmart pay and Walmart Savings Catcher. The associates are encountered today had no clue how to use those two features of the Walmart app. The management of the store is solely responsible for their ignorance and inability to perform their tasks.
TIRES ARE JUNK, BATTERIES ARE JUNK, MANAGER WONT BACK UP WARRANTIES. Been buying tires here for years, and each time I have to put air in them every 3-4 months. The mechanics tell me thats normal, which is another lie they pass to customer. Bought a battery with 5 year warranty, 18 months later it was dead, and manager wont back up warranty.
First off let me say arrived around 830 they did not get my car in until 1 PM tires have less than 10,000 miles on them and I paid $10.00 for the road hazard and they proceeded to tell me my tires were too worn out to repair that I need to buy new ones I was told I would get them for 50% off two tires would be around $55-$65 and end up being $116 total do not go to these people they will rip you off

Worst customer service ever. tried to get a quote for tires and the guy kept walking away and had no idea what he was talking about. I ended up not even getting a quote. I will just go somewhere else and pay more for service.
They very seldom answer their direct line. It rings and rings, then goes to main line; main line resends you to their # usually multiple times. If you are lucky they finally answer, ask you to hold and then after holding for more than 10 minutes the line goes dead. Ridiculous!
Wasted four hours waiting on a tire rotation ... instead of paging me on the intercom as I went off to shop they just called out my name at the desk area to point out a problem ... when I walked back to find out what was going on then they told me the problem ... I told them to just go ahead and rotate the tires ... another two hours, like people have complained watching the technicians stand around and BS, to find out they screwed up the rotation since a tire I actually had marked on the front passenger side was still in that same spot ... you do get what you pay for
