I havent seen any spectacular reviews but I went there for 2 new tires. All the staff members were very kind and the woman who worked on my car discussed with me the services requested and made some suggestions. I really appreciated her taking out the time to speak with me and make recommendations. I will definitely return for future services.
I’ve been coming to Express Oil change for 4 years. I have even met the owner a couple times when he comes in and stays at the hotel.The service has declined drastically, the pricing is higher than all competition. The wait time has been ridiculous especially today! I pulled up at 1:37pm today. It is now 2:30pm I’m still not done! I’m only getting a standard oil change! $48
Good folks but as indicated by other reviews, way to long of a wait. Arrived 45 minutes after opening with 3 folks ahead of us. Still waiting on car to be pulled in the garage 4 hours later. Does not look like the service cars in the order they arrive. Not worth the small saving. Go somewhere else.
Brought car in somewhere around 10:30. Told it would take 2-3 hours for 4 new tires and a synthetic oil change. I left car there around 11:30 after being told it would be a couple hours. Go back at 2:30 and my car has nothing done. No oil change no tires. The most disorganized workers Ive ever seen. Wasted a whole day when I couldve went elsewhere. Ill go pay more to have a timely job and better customer service...
If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in for a balance and rotate. They overfilled my tires by 20 psi higher than recommended number, and each tire was a different psi ... as soon as we drove off, we noticed the tires werent riding right. Took them to Main Street Auto and the tires we had JUST balanced were off by 1.5 oz, and they had bent a rim. Dont take your tires here.
Came here for tire rotation but, have had other service done in the past. Can be very busy and a good bit of wait time involved. Especially, on weekends. Weekdays, are usually a bit less waiting. I have dropped vehicles off and picked them up later when I had the time and resources to do it.
I call an hour ahead of close to see if I can drop my vehicle off for an oil change. Only to be told that they are cutting off services. So word to the wise, anyone looking to get service at the Crestview Walmart TLE, ignore their hours of operation, because they can decide to refuse service when they feel like it...
The most disorganized auto department of all time. This already is my least favorite Walmart and unfortunately its the closest to my house but their auto department consist of confusion of their staff and two bitter elderly ladies that probably havent smiled in years. Im sure they are wonderful people but not from a customers view. Everyone waiting was talking about it. Ive witnessed this on numerous occasions.
This has got to be the worst experience Ive ever had, Ive been waiting here for almost 3 1/2 hrs to have my car serviced. The job should take maybe 15minutes. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Im not sure if the technicians are just slow, lazy, or incompetent. DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED FOR ANYTHING!!! The price maybe cheaper than most places, but so is the service here!
Took car in for oil change, decided to rotate tires also. Lady at counter clueless on how much to charge and what comes with it. said 2 hrs, left car and asked for call when ready but they wouldnt do that. Called back after 2 hrs they said was ready. Drove across town to get it and paperwork charges for tires but said declined oil change. She said we declined oil change. THAT IS WHY I WENT THERE!!! Changed her story and said they didnt have the right oil??? Just oil, not rocket science, valvaline, Castrol, I didnt care!!!. Read reviews and flipping knew better but needed it on sunday. I will be contacting management and walmart. They should be shut down with all the same issues and complaining about the service. Never again! !!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Upon arrival the desk lady seemed alert. The more I talked to her I realized she should not be doing that job at all. I had to explain what I needed done 3 times to her. Then by the end of it I left with no services done cause they are complete morons.
Awful experience. Had all 4 tires changed back on Nov 2015. Spent over $800. My husband a spent a whole Saturday waiting. After he got home discovered a huge scratch on my car. The manager told me to get a quote in town. Discovered more damage around all my wheel wells. Cotanctef my insurance and they even stated thats the only way the damage would have gotten there. Over $1000 in damages and Wal-Mart took ZERO responsibility. After months of going back and forth we had to pay out of our pockets.
Tire mechanic named Wilson was super helpful with my wife’s car. He even lent me a few tools to fix something he was unable to work on due to company policy.
Worst place to go in Crestview,FL. Had Oil changed in car and they didnt do the full svc as asked but, charged for it. Told me I needed a new air filter but they didnt have it. Bought one and opened the air filter and a large dead bird was in the sealed compartment they checked the same day I went there. Rude employees too!!
Sold me a tire that was clearly defective (one employee even commented it looked like it had dry rot when we brought it back after it separated and went flat). Manager came in and argued that someone had slashed our tire...Seriously? Someone slashed the tire as it was being driven down the road? Refused to replace it.
Came in for 2 tiers on the front. Was told 45 mins and 2hrs later was charged for things I didnt asked for nor did they do. I started down the road the car had such a bad pull to the right, that was not there when I brought it in. I pulled over and called right away and they asked if I could bring it back in. I told them I would bring it in first thing in the morning, so we shall see what happens. I will post a update after service.
Do not care for Walmart. They helped close down ever mom & pop business in our country.
