@virginmedia We're running it again now..... The problem isn't the wifi, I'm connected to the hub with an ethernet cable. It's the broadband. It'll dip in and out and then completely stop. And then we reboot and it's ok for a short while. And then stops. But it seems ok in the evening.

@Hermes3456 @hafiz_11120 @virginmedia 2/2 is a further 15 ft down the hall, they are online with no lagging issues etc and get same upload and download speed as next tho the Virgin Router

@virginmedia I had Virgin broadband installed yesterday but need a landline . Unable to get through to customer services. Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now I’m without a phone.
