They embody what I believe in and what drives me in my work. Looking ahead, I see these ventures as key players in shaping the future of Moyer Design Co. I dream of turning it into a consultancy agency that supports aspiring restaurateurs every step of the way - from navigating permits to designing beautiful spaces.But amidst these dreams, there's also the reality of failure. TRIPTK developed an inaugural index through a multi-phase approach to research. To stay true to WeTransfer's vibrant creative community, they first leveraged anonymous product usage data to see where pockets of creative output are spiking across the United States. They then scored cities by creative growth and ranked top cities through an extensive qualitative factor analysis. How do these cities unexpectedly influence their citizens’ creativity? One powerful end-year reflection is gathering the team and asking them three simple questions: What should I stop doing, what should I continue doing, and what should I start doing? We write it individually and then discuss it together.So, last night, I decided to do it with my family but with a different approach. Answer only one question: what were the big achievements of the year? The kids brought so many great memories, from the places we have been, people who visited us, and the renovations in our house, to mention a few. It was a true exercise of gratitude and a reminder that the great things we keep in life are the ones we can’t buy.#endofyear #reflections
