Role Overview: Online Customer Service Representative
As an Online Customer Service Representative at KYNAH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the exceptional KYNAH experience we are known for. Your contribution will be instrumental in fostering enduring relationships with our clientele. An understanding of the symbiotic relationship between sales and customer service is fundamental to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver unparalleled customer service, establishing long lasting relationships with our clients through KYNAH communication channels including email, Zoom, phone, and text.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, meeting our Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all KYNAH products, including fits, styles, and inventory.
- Assist customers in scheduling appropriate appointments, whether in-store or online.
- Assist the client in the entire ordering process from start to finish - including customizing their desired look
- Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and events needs
- Create confirmation forms / contracts for any custom orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and working with the production team to provide solutions
- Share customer feedback and merchandising needs with the team members to constantly improve on services
- Contribute to the to the positive and energetic team culture
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in online customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient multitasking abilities, maintaining exceptional customer service levels while assisting multiple customers simultaneously.
- Efficiency-driven mindset aligned with business goals and productivity metrics, ensuring detailed customer assistance.
Pay $19 - $25 / Hour
Full Time and Part Time
Hybrid Role in West Los Angeles preferred
