What If I Can’t Find Pink Candy Melts?

No problem! There are a couple different ways to get that wonderful pink color for your Valentine’s chocolate bark:

  • Substitute red candy melts for the pink candy melts. The chocolate will have a little more red to it, but it will still be very pretty and perfect for the holiday.
  • Substitute white candy melts or white chocolate and add a drop or two of red food coloring. I recommend starting with one drop and seeing what you think. A little red food coloring goes a long way.
