The surface of porcelain and ceramic tile do not require sealing, however, it’s important to note that even though your porcelain or ceramic tile does not need to be sealed, the grout used during installation will need to be sealed and maintained. Natural stone tile will need to be sealed before and after installation due to its porous nature. Grout is a crucial part of your installation and will need to be sealed to ensure your project stays clean and beautiful for years to come. If you don’t want to worry about sealing your grout, we also have pre-sealed grouts available.
