Access World Newsis a resource you can search for free using your Natick Minuteman Library card. Itfeatures digital coverage from US and some World newspapers and other news services. Dates can go back to 1860, but in most cases coverage for publications is late 20th century to present. Search filters can be used to identifypublications within a state, country, time period the digital coverage is provided, specific date of event, and more. Once you are in the database, located the top blue menu, choose "Change Databases" and choose "All Databases." On the next page, choose "USA" or "World."

Historical African American Newspapers Available Online
This guide provides a list of historical African American Newspapers available online as part of digitization projects at libraries and historical societies as well as digitization projects done by Google. The content is available for free, though it is at the discretion of the institution providing the content. The newspapers contained within guide are those that have ceased to operate or are currently running papers with archives available. It does not include papers that are currently running and only offer access to the most recent articles.
Missouri Digital Newspaper Project
The State Historical Society of Missouri is pleased to present a growing collection of digitized historic newspapers. These images are freely available to the public and are keyword-searchable. Many of Missouri’s digital newspapers are also available through the Library of Congress’s Chronicling America site, which ultimately aims to include newspaper pages from all states and U.S. territories in its collection.
Google News Archive is an extension of Google News. It provides free access to scanned archives of newspapers and links to other newspaper archives on the web, both free and paid. Some of the news archives date back to the 18th century. There is a timeline view available to help you select news from a specific period.
