A United States Navy Veteran he served his country honorably during W.W.II aboard the USS South Dakota. A parishioner of All Saints R.C. Church, Ted was also a member of All Saints Holy Name Society, the Neptune Hose Company the New Jersey State Exempt Fireman's Association and a member of American Legion Post for more than 60 years. Husband of the late Jennie Biblewski Bednarczyk, who died in 2004, Ted is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law: Joanne Robert Kelly and Carolynn John Pitko, all of Burlington, two brothers: Leonard and Stanley Bednarczyk and his sister-in-law, Eleanor Bednarczyk. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Deborah Mark Addiego, Robert Elizabeth Davis, Christopher Elizabeth Davis, Derek Allison Majikas, Erin Warren Repsher and John Pitko, and his Lyn Chintese as well as his great grandchildren: Nicholas, Ryan Eric Addiego; Tyler, Isabella Matrista and Davis, Dean Jack Warren Repsher.

He was extremely active with the Boy Scouts in his younger years. He relocated to Florida and graduated in 2000 from Sumter High School.

Steven received a Heart Transplant at the age of 17 and has fought courageously to overcome the obstacles that were placed in his life's path. One dream he pursued was his education in Criminal Justice, he graduated and became a Corrections Officer at the state prison in Florida. McBRIDE, Alice M. March 16, 2008. Our devoted Papa and Husband greeted the new day with his last breath. He left us surrounded by his loving family, and by his request, at his cozy home in Southampton, NJ. He was born in Rotterdam, Holland on Dec.

3, 1922. On Oct. 11, 1957, he and his young family embarked on a stormy voyage to their new home and dreams in the U.S. After driving tractor trailers, including a woodfired unit, and working as a crane operator in Holland, he arrived in the U.S. and took up the trade as a butcher, for which he was educated.

He was a man of simplicity, with an enormous amount of inner strength and determina tion. Within two years of immigration, he and his wife Corrie had saved enough for Corrie to celebrate her new born baby girl's first birthday in Holland, and purchase their first new home in Toms River, NJ. His life's biggest pleasures were derived from the love of his family and friends. He was most content at home, and although he and his wife of 60 years travelled extensively, he always expressed his joy of returning home with a Dutch saying, "Het paard ruikt (The horse smells the stable). He is predeceased by his parents, Roelof and Swaantiena Minnes, his uncle Adam, sponsor and patriarch, a brother Adam, and a sister Jopie.

He leaves behind his loving wife Corrie, half of the Cor and Corrie Team; his son Ron of Brattleboro, VT, his daughter Andrea and husband Jim Papandreou of Shamong, NJ; he also leaves his "Little Rudy and Ben, and three sisters, Marie, Dien and Astrid and their families. He was known as "Opa" to his grandchildren, Chris and Jenna of Lake Tahoe, CA, and Paul and Christina. In addition he his loving exdaughter-in-law, Kathy of Walpole, NH, and enormous extended family, many of whom affectionately called him "Oome and a legion of friends, several of which were considered family.
