Two recipes in one week? YES!! What can I say, I love cooking. LOL! My Garlic Chicken and Quinoa was healthy so this super cheesy pasta dish is totally justified at then end of the week, right? That’s what I’m going to tell myself anyway. HA!
I love love love pasta. I could seriously eat it everyday. Ihave seen a lot of Turkey Tetrazzini recipes floating around post-Thanksgiving but if you know me then you know that 99% of my meals are chicken so I decided to make my own Chicken Tetrazzini. However you could totally substitute turkey and I’m sure it would taste pretty much the same.
Looks super cheesy and delish, right? It is!! Not that I’m bragging or anything, it’s just really good. I also think it would be good with a few sautéed onions and mushrooms so maybe I will add those next time. I love my sautéed veggies! LOL!!
